Under general direction, assist Asset Managers and Property Management, overseeing and coordinating all tenant relations, lease maintenance and various asset management functions for a growing portfolio of properties, as well as providing executive and clerical support on an as needed basis. Maintain consistency for the Real Estate Analyst Team by keeping processes up to date. Shadow Asset Manager(s) to gain an understanding of basic deal flow, lease negotiation, construction management and financial reporting. The responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks relating to the management, leasing, and operation of the company’s commercial properties.
