We manage properties for more than 100 venture partners including both institutional and private owners. We act solely as a fee-based management company and stringently uphold our fiduciary responsibility to manage each property in the best interest of each owner. The volume of business we do in the local area gives us significant leverage in negotiating third party vendor contracts. We competitively bid all service contracts to ensure the best service at the lowest possible cost. Some of the services we provide include the following.
