Robert Taylor (Bob) began his career with The Buzz Oates Group of Companies (BOGC) in 1984. During the 6 years Bob worked at BOGC, he was responsible for various industrial projects throughout Sacramento, San Joaquin and Solano counties.

In 1989, Bob accepted a position with CB Commercial (now known as CB Richard Ellis) in the Stockton Office, concentrating on large developer and corporate owned industrial complexes. Bob attained Top Performer in the 5 years he was with CB. A few noteworthy transactions include the sale of the Canadaguia Winery, 450,000 sf on 52 acres; the former Moorman Manufacturing Plant, 40,000 sf on 8 acres; and the sale of 12 acres to the Dana Corporation for Toyota truck frames.

In 1996, Bob returned to BOGC to open and manage an expansion office in the Central Valley. This office, located in Stockton, is responsible for marketing and managing approximately 10 million square feet of buildings, 750 acres of entitled land and constructing approximately 1 million square feet of new product each year either through build to suit or speculative ventures. The office processes between 12-18 new leases and between 5-10 renewal leases each year, in addition to sales of approximately 3-5 buildings or parcels per year. On average, the Stockton office of Buzz Oates Real Estate leases or sells in excess of 1 million square feet of buildings annually.

Bob attended California State University, Sacramento, where he earned a BS in Business/Real Estate and Land Use. Bob is Chairperson of the Jesuit High School Boosters, President of Arden Little League, on the Board of Directors of the Firefighter Burn Institute (Sacramento), and a member of various professional associations.
