Grant Keeney is a First Vice President with Buzz Oates Real Estate and specializes in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of Office and R&D properties throughout the greater Sacramento area.

Since joining Buzz Oates Real Estate in 2006, Grant has negotiated over 50 transactions, totaling in excess of 650,000 SF. Significant transactions include The State of California (72,000 SF), AT&T (64,000 SF), The Kitchen Academy (52,000 SF), Schilling Robotics (50,000 SF), EDS (33,000 SF), The County of Sacramento (24,000 SF), Arcadia BioSciences (21,000 SF), UC Davis (20,000 SF), ABT LLC (15,000 SF) and Rabbit Semiconductor (11,000 SF).

Grant brings over 23 years of commercial real estate experience to Buzz Oates Real Estate, including former employment with Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell Crow Company, Citibank and First Nationwide Bank. His experience in institutional high rise office leasing, asset management and corporate real estate facilities management provide a diverse background that ensures a successful transaction.

Throughout his career, Grant has completed over 750 transactions totaling in excess of $35,000,000 in value. He has broad national experience in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, New York City, Dallas, Detroit, San Diego and Seattle. Grant lives in Granite Bay, California, with his wife and two teenage sons. He has been active the past nine years as a Manager with Lakeside Little League and a coach with the Granite Bay Jr. Grizzly football program. His interests involve golf, skiing, camping and youth sports.
