Stephen M. Tyrrell, CCIM, First Vice President with Buzz Oates Real Estate, is an accomplished veteran of over 28 years of commercial real estate brokerage with an emphasis in commercial real estate investments. As a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Stephen has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has represented buyers and sellers in over $600,000,000 of commercial real estate transactions.

As an innovative, energetic and proactive leader with vision, and with the proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies, Stephen provides the highest level of professional representation for his clients. His communication skills as well as his well-developed presentation and negotiation skills have earned him the highest respect within the commercial real estate community and accolades from clients.

Active in the community, Stephen has served on the Board for ACRE and the Rotary Club of Sacramento and has been the guest speaker on a number of panels addressing commercial real estate market trends and conditions within the Greater Sacramento Area.

Stephen has been happily married for over 35 years and has three children and resides in Granite Bay, California. When not working, Stephen pursues his passion for sports by golfing, biking and swimming.
