Zac Sweet
First Vice President

As a Vice President of Real Estate for The Buzz Oates Group of Companies, Zac Sweet specializes in Industrial Properties in the Greater Sacramento Region. His expertise stems from over 9 years of marketing industrial buildings and multi-tenant business parks as well as having represented a number of well-recognized national and regional tenants and buyers. Additionally, Zac has advised numerous industrial users in the selection of land sites for development of special purpose facilities.

Zac began his career in 2003 with the Central Valley Industrial Group (CVIG) of Colliers International where he was responsible for the sale of over forty buildings, total leasing of 350,000 sf, and the acquisition of more than 70 acres of industrial land. In 2007, Zac departed the CVIG to become an independent broker at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) where he continued to aggressively represent industrial landlords and tenants. It was during his time at CBRE that Zac began to represent BOGC in select projects before ultimately joining BOGC in 2009.

Zac prides himself on his knowledge of the market and professional demeanor. Both of these traits are well demonstrated and will continue serve as the foundation of Zac's business standards.

In his spare time, Zac enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and cooking with friends.
