Buzz Oates held a groundbreaking ceremony in Fernley, NV last week for our 80-acre industrial park, Nevada Commerce Center. Mass grading has commenced; Building A will be the first under construction and will be occupied by Bearpaw. Fernley’s Mayor Roy Edington and City Councilmen Ray Lacy and Albert Torres attended the event and expressed their excitement partnering with Buzz Oates on this new development that will bring approximately 1,125 new jobs to Fernley. The project includes an extension of Commerce Center Drive, which will be become a city dedicated road.
